Virtual visits are available for established patients who have a scheduled TeleHealth appointment or have been told by their doctor to join the virtual waiting room for a visit.
During the virtual visit, you need to be present so that the doctor can verify your identity. They will ask you some questions to confirm who you are before starting the online video call.
It’s important to know that insurance coverage for TeleHealth visits can vary depending on your insurance plan.
We will bill your insurance for the virtual visit. If your insurance decides that you have to pay part or all of the cost, we will send you a statement with the remaining amount due.
If you have any questions or want to schedule a virtual visit, please contact our office 518-463-0171. Take care!
